By using Streamegy.com, you agree to the terms, conditions and terms of this page, and you confirm that you are bound by the content of this Streamegy.com.com Agreement referred to as “us” or “Streamegy.com”, in connection with your use of the Site, referred to below. Electronic Communications:

5- Amendments to the User Agreement and the mechanism of Streamegy.com:
1- You know and agree that Streamegy.com will notify you of any amendment to the User Agreement, under which your obligations will be doubled or your rights diminished in accordance with any amendments to the User Agreement.
2- You agree that Streamegy.com, at its sole discretion and without liability, may make fundamental or subsidiary amendments to this Agreement without requiring additional consent from you, at any time and with immediate effect, by posting an amendment notice on the Site.
3- You know that Streamegy.com is not an auction or a bank and don’t provides similar services. Streamegy.com is a technical website that allows you to buy and sell goods between sellers and registered buyers.
Prohibitions when displaying goods:
1- Display counterfeit goods for brands registered globally or locally.
2- Presenting stolen or unidentified goods that do not have an official sale license.
3- Dissemination of inappropriate information, content or news within the established customs and traditions.
4- Broadcast (in our assessment) false, fraudulent, untrue, misleading, defamatory, slanderous, intimidating or disturbing.
5- Posting comments, questions or answers that are not true in nature, including but not limited to, racist comments, the use of profane language, abuse of another user, insulting other cultures or any other offensive comments.
6- Inclusion of information or goods that violate the intellectual property rights of third parties and other property or the right of confidentiality.
7- Dissemination of dirty or obscene information, including but not limited to pornographic information and any information (in our opinion) inappropriate.
8- Dissemination of information (in our opinion) carrying a political opinion critical or content harmful to the public interest/
9- Dissemination of any information, contents or inclusion of goods which, in our view, are infringing upon local culture, religion or traditions.
10- Broadcasting information, contents or listing of goods (in our opinion) that may not be compatible with the laws and provisions of Islam and its principles and values and ethics and traditions.
11- Publication of information, contents or inclusion of goods (in our view) that may threaten national security.
12- Publication of information, contents or inclusion of goods (in our opinion) that include or encourage gambling.
13- Use interesting or inappropriate words when offering goods for sale using this type of word in product names or addresses, in order to attract attention or direct members to your goods.
14- Fabricate a claim on Streamegy.com or cause total or partial loss of the services of Internet operators or any other processors.
15- Do anything that carries us or may carry (in our view) enormous undue burdens on our infrastructure and employment policy.
16- Intervention or attempt to interfere to influence the workflow at the site.
17- Attempt to take over another user’s account or perform any fraud on the site or their user accounts and other domains.
18- Reproduction, modification or distribution of any content on the Site or infringement of the copyright or trademarks in any form.
19- Violate any laws, rules, regulations, guidelines, third party rights or Streamegy.com contracts
Copyrights:
1- All content contained in the site, including but not limited to texts, graphic designs, logos, button icons, icons, sound clips, digital loads, data collected and software, is the property of Streamegy.com or its users. Commissioners are protected within copyright, trademark and intellectual and creative property rights and laws.
2- The content collected on the site is the exclusive property and its rights are reserved to Streamegy.com, and are protected by copyright, trademarks, intellectual property rights and creative laws.
Privacy:
1- Streamegy.com takes standards (physical, regulatory, and technological) to protect against unauthorized access to, and preservation of, your personally identifiable information. Knowing that the Internet is not a secure way, the confidentiality of your personal information cannot be guaranteed 100%.
2- Streamegy.com will provide you with the contact information and telephone and e-mail of the second party.
3- Streamegy.com has no control over the actions of any third parties, such as other web pages linked to this site, or third parties that claim to represent you or represent others. You know and agree that Streamegy.com may use your information to provide services to you at Streamegy.com and to send you marketing messages.
General:
If any paragraph contained in this User Agreement is invalid or canceled or for any reason no longer in force, such paragraph shall not invalidate the remaining provisions of the User Agreement. This Agreement (amended from time to time by its terms) sets out all the terms of understanding and agreement between you and Streamegy.com taking into account the following:
– No person who is not a party to this User Agreement has the right to impose any terms or conditions therein
